As this year’s client conference keynote speaker, Joe will be presenting on the concept of Silent Impact: Influence through Purpose, Persistence and Passion.

Through research, Joe has discovered that we make our biggest impressions when we are not trying to be impressive. Through his story telling and workshop, you will learn how to become an "impact player" and create greater influence on your peers and those around you.

Jim McCarthy


As a nationally recognized expert on CFPB regulation, McCarthy is a leader in navigating the consumer financial risk environment. Jim was the key architect in establishing the CFPB’s complaint process via their company portal. Jim brings proficiency and knowledge of the intelligent business application of complex consumer financial rules and regulations and has broad experience in Research, Markets and Regulations (RMR)...
As the previous owner of his own consulting consumer financial company, McCarthy has a profound understanding of compliance management systems. He has extensive professional experience in the consumer financial environment, is a graduate of Minnesota State University and has earned professional certifications from George Washington University and the Wisconsin Bankers Association Graduate Banking School. As a devoted father of 3, he currently divides his time between his home in California and his new opportunity in New York.

Punch Bowl Social

Following our private tour, a reception event will be held at Punch Bowl Social. Punch Bowl Social features 25,000 square feet of open dining, gaming and activity space! Conference attendees will enjoy dinner, drinks, and a great line up of activities including: billiards, bowling, foosball, darts, and a private karaoke room.

Shuttle service will run continuously to our conference hotel during the entire reception event.

  • How do I get to the hotel and conference venue?

    From Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP):
    • Follow MN-5 eastbound to MN-55
    • Follow MN-55 westbound to MN-62
    • Follow MN-62 westbound to I-35W
    • Follow I-35W northbound and follow signs for Downtown Exit
    • Take the 11th Street exit (Exit 16A)
    • Follow 11th Street for three blocks to Marquette Avenue and turn right
    • The hotel will be two blocks ahead on the right

  • What is the dress code?

    We encourage all attendees to dress comfortably. Attendees typically dress business casual for the conference and change into more comfortable attire for the reception event.
